By placing an order in our online fly shop, your private information is secure, and we are the only ones that will process the charges on your credit card. All records of your transaction are kept confidential and secure. If you have any questions regarding our terms feel free to contact us.
Shipping Terms
Purchases within Canada over $150 will be shipped free of charge.*
*some oversized items do not receive free shipping. This is indicated in the item's description. Shipping on these items will be calculated on request.
All items shipped within Canada will be shipped Canada Post Standard. This ensures timely arrival of your goods as well as tracking information for security and convenience.
All items shipped to mainland USA will be charged a flat rate of $30 CAD. If shipping charges will exceed $30 CAD we will contact you for approval of any additional charges.
Satisfaction and return policy
If you purchase a product from Country Pleasures, and upon receipt, you decide it isn't what you wanted, simply give us a call within 14 days and we will make arrangements to get you what you do want or we'll credit you for a future purchase. In order to do this, we ask that you don't use the product if you intend to return it.
If you use a product and are not 100% satisfied, call us and we will work with you to have any problems resolved with the manufacturer. In other words, if you aren't happy, we will do everything we can to make you happy.
All sale items are final sale unless otherwise noted.
Additional Notes
If you order a product we don't currently have in stock, we will email you immediately and let you know when we expect to be able to ship it. If you would still like the item, we will charge a deposit of 50% to your credit card at time of order with balance charged to card at time of shipping.
Otherwise, if the item is in stock, we will normally ship the same day if we receive your order before 1 PM mountain time. If order is received after 1 PM MST it will be sent the next day (M-F). If you are making an urgent order, for things that you need very quickly for a trip or a special occasion, please let us know when you place the order and we will do everything we can to make sure you get what you need in time, even if we have to send it to you overnight!
Best Price Guarantee
If you find a product advertised at a lower price than on Country Pleasures Online Fly Shop, we will match that price and give you a store credit for 10% of the matched price. The items must be the same brand and model and be from an authorized Canadian dealer. Products advertised on the web will be calculated to include all charges including shipping. Our Best Price Guarantee does not apply to advertising errors or misprints, rebates, coupons, premiums, free or bonus offers, close-outs, liquidations, clearances or special financing offers.
If you wish to use our best price guarantee, simply place your order with Country Pleasures Online Fly Shop and include in the notes the lower price, and dealer. Once CP confirms that the lower price falls under our Best Price Guarantee, you will be contacted to confirm the charged price and the order will proceed. With your order will include a CP store credit for 10% of the price matched for future use.
You can also contact CP prior to placing your online order with the dealer and lower price, CP staff will then verfiy the Best Price Guarantee applies prior to you placing the order.
